Our Takeoff & Estimates Rates
Our rates are very affordable and cost effective. When it comes to Residential Estimation, we charge between $75 to $150 for a single Residential trade like concrete and in case of Commercial Estimation we charge between $100 to $200 for One-Two Commercial trade. There is also an addition of trivial cost estimation charges to these. We charge a lot less as compared to our competitors.
While the scope of the work usually determines our charges, the involvement and experience of a large number of Expert Estimators in our staff helps to keep our rates less than the market.
Additionally, for small projects that require just a few hours to estimate, we charge less.
Our turnaround time depends upon the scope of the project, but usually varies from just 24 to 48 hours. Our estimates are 99.99% accurate, and we use RS means cost database to get labor and material rates of specific locations. We also take the help of local contractors for this purpose.

- For every 5 projects, 6th project will be done at Half Price.
- For every 10 projects, 11th project will done Free of Cost.

The 6th Discounted Project/11th Free of Cost project should be of the same nature as the projects done before that month.
