Terms & Conditions - Paramount Estimating

The lead time for this estimate will be 1-2 working days.
The pricing is done according to geographical location via RSmeans, our own database (bases upon our previous projects/experience). We also call local vendors to get up to date pricing for that specific region. However if you are more confident of price of some specific item, you can put your own prices. The Excel sheets would be formulated so you won't need to work on that too.
The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
We take our clients' privacy very seriously and never ask for sensitive information like credit card details. Any drawings/information shared with us is deleted from our servers after one week of project delivery.
Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be free of cost.
We’ll work as per your requirement and till your complete satisfaction.
